# RealLives Simulation Terms and Conditions

### 1. About RealLives Foundation

RealLives Simulation Game (“RealLives”) is developed and operated by **RealLives Foundation (RLF)**, a non-profit organization headquartered in Pune, India.

RealLives is an educational simulation software designed for empathy-building, systems thinking, and social awareness.

The software is licensed, not sold.

### 2. User Categories

RealLives provides licenses for the following categories:

1. **School License**
   * School Administrator
   * Teachers
   * Students
2. **University License**
   * University Administrator
   * Professors
   * Students
3. **Home Schooler License**
   * Parent/Guardian
   * Child Learner
4. **Gamer License**
   * Individual user (non-institutional)

Each category is governed by the same data protection and privacy principles described below.

### 3. Data Collection Policy (Zero Personal Data Model)

#### 3.1 No Personal Data Collection

RealLives Simulation Game:

* Does **NOT collect personal data**
* Does **NOT require name, phone number, or demographic data**
* Does **NOT track user identity**

* Does **NOT collect behavioral data for marketing**

#### 3.2 Institutional Contact Data (Administrative Only)

* Perpetual for the current version
* Subject to server maintenance fees (if applicable)
* Accessed via secure cloud environment

#### 5.2 Home Schooler License

* For educational use within family/home setting
* Not transferable outside household

#### 5.3 Gamer License

* Individual use only
* Non-commercial
* Non-transferable

### 6. Minimal Processing Principle

RealLives strictly adheres to:

* Collection limitation
* Purpose limitation
* Data minimization
* No unnecessary retention

Since RealLives does not collect user personal data, the principle of minimal processing is inherently satisfied.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.\
